Sold Out Vibes and SSW Swell

Week 3 brought the kind of energy that makes summer camp unforgettable.

Our Palisades location was completely sold out this week, packed with campers ready to put everything they have learned into practice. The growth from week to week has been incredible to watch, and a full beach only added to the stoke.

Meanwhile, over in Venice, the ocean had other plans. A solid SSW swell rolled through and gave our campers some of the best waves we have seen all summer. The energy on the beach matched the energy in the water — everyone was shredding hard, pushing themselves further than they had before, and riding waves with a level of confidence that made our coaches incredibly proud.

This week's camp theme was Surfer Etiquette, and it could not have come at a better time. With bigger waves and bigger crowds in the lineup, our campers learned exactly what it means to be a respectful, aware surfer. Sharing waves, understanding right-of-way, and looking out for fellow surfers were front and center all week — and the camaraderie that came out of it was unreal. Kids were cheering each other into waves, celebrating each other's rides, and building the kind of ocean awareness that makes them better surfers and better beach citizens for life.

Vibes were as high as the swell this week, and it showed in every wave ridden and every friendship made.

We are three weeks into summer and the momentum keeps building. Spots are going fast across all of our locations. Palisades has availability, Venice is almost full, and we are thrilled to be kicking off our brand new Zuma location this coming week.
