    <p class="lead">Week 4 is in the books, and wow, what a week to be at the beach.</p>
 
    <p>Our theme this week was <strong>Healthy Competition</strong>, timed perfectly with the World Cup buzz in the air, and our campers brought the energy every single morning. From first-time paddlers to our returning groms, everyone showed up ready to push themselves a little harder and cheer a little louder.</p>
 
    <h2>What "Healthy Competition" Actually Looks Like</h2>
    <p>Here's the thing about competition at a surf camp: it's never about who's "the best." It's about giving kids a reason to go for the wave they might've paddled away from last week. This week our coaches ran fun heats, pop-up challenges, and team-based games designed to light a fire under our campers while keeping the vibe supportive and stoked.</p>
    <p>The best part? Watching a kid catch their biggest wave yet and then immediately turn around to hype up the friend paddling out behind them. That's the Sunrise way — competitive on the wave, teammates on the beach.</p>
 
    <h2>World Cup Energy on the Sand</h2>
    <p>We leaned into the global soccer excitement all week, breaking campers into teams, running beach games between surf sessions, and talking about what it means to compete with heart. The kids loved repping their "teams," and the friendly rivalry carried right into the water — in the best way possible.</p>
 
    <h2>The Waves Delivered</h2>
    <p class="placeholder"><b>✏️ Add real conditions here:</b> e.g. "We had clean, waist-high sets rolling through most mornings — perfect for building confidence." Swap in what actually happened so it reads real.</p>
    <p>Conditions like these are exactly what we hope for when a camper is working up the nerve to go for a bigger wave, or link their very first ride. Our coaches kept the 3:1 ratio tight all week so every kid got real time and real attention in the lineup.</p>
 
    <h2>Proud Coach Moments</h2>
    <p>By Friday we had campers popping up who could barely stand on Monday, kids running back out for "one more wave" after every session, and a whole lot of new friendships formed in the water. Healthy Competition Week reminded us that a little challenge, wrapped in a lot of encouragement, is how kids grow — in surfing and in life.</p>
