Policies and Rules Prior to Pick-up

  • Campers may use the transportation one way, but must let us know either prior to, or on the specific day of Camp. Campers using one way transportation still pay the full fee.
  • Campers can bring one surfboard, body board, or skim board aboard, granted it is under 7”10 in length.
  • Campers are asked not to board the bus in wetsuits.
  • Please ensure your camper has used the bathroom prior to boarding the bus.
  • All bus arrival times may vary based on traffic conditions. If the bus is running more than 10 minutes late we will either text or email the primary account holder with that information.
  • Sunrise is not responsible for lost items on the bus.
  • Parents must drop-off and pick-up their kids at the location on time (5 minutes early is recommended). Please notify us if you are running late. The bus can only wait a maximum of five minutes. If you are running late for pick-up by more than five minutes you may be asked to pick your child up at a different drop off point.
  • Transportation fees are non-refundable after 24hrs of booking. Full Refunds are offered within a 24 hours window after the purchase time minus a processing fee of 5%. While we do not do full refunds after 24 hours of booking, we offer the ability to modify transportation dates up until June 1st or receive credit. To reschedule transportation, please email or call our office. After June 1st there are no modifications or credit offered to transportation bookings.
  • Transportation cannot be transferred to another Camper or location.
